I had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. The location was perfect, right across from the National Museum which was a must-see before exploring the temples. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities like a hairdryer, fridge, and kettle. The AC worked perfectly and the hotel was in a quiet location, just a $2 tuk-tuk ride from downtown. The highlight for me was the amazing large pool which was well-maintained. It provided plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of Asian and western options to choose from. The staff were very attentive and ensured that all my needs were met throughout my stay. The value for money at this hotel was excellent.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the pastries were delicious. the hotel was located close to several shops and restaurants, which made it easy to find something to eat. the staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions about the area.
The room was very noisy and we could hear people in the hallway all night long. the air conditioning was not working well, which made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the town, with easy access to the old market and amenities, yet tucked away in a quiet area. the spacious rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with complimentary water and coffee. Breakfast is good with a range of choices, and the pool area is pleasant for relaxing.
The lack of attention to upkeep is disappointing, with stained carpets, towels and bedding, and some maintenance and cleanliness issues in the bathroom.

During our Christmas holidays, we stayed at a hotel in Siem Reap. We appreciated the friendly staff and the clean rooms with soft beds that allowed us to have a good rest after long days touring the nearby temples. the hotel offered a refreshing outdoor pool and a delicious breakfast buffet with local and international dishes, including fresh fruits and pastries.
the location was quite remote, and the hotel did not offer a shuttle service to the city center, where we had to go daily to find entertainment and other amenities. Therefore, we relied on tuk-tuks, which added to our travel expenses.

The hotel staff organized tours and transportation quickly and efficiently. The location was perfect, close to the town center but still in a quiet area.
Can't fault the property in any way.
